Punk for Life December 1976, a punk rock band called Chaos UK was formed in the Islington area of London.
They released a limited-edition single in January 1978, only 500 copies were ever pressed of ‘Summer of Hate’ c/w ‘I Wanna Be Left Alone’.
Changing their name and evolving into several other bands, their influence continued over many years until the original name (and the original songs) were revived by the original guitarist Dave Veal in 2014.
The reformed Chaos UK have just released their second album ‘Punk for Life’ with 11 tracks including more blistering re-vamped versions of the old school punk bands material from Dave’s personal archive, and a couple of storming covers of rock classics too.
